Terms of Service

Welcome to I Got Next. By using our mobile application or web service at igotnext.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using I Got Next, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use I Got Next. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission. By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

Mobile app users register with a phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Web RSVP guests do not create accounts.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Spam, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Submit fake RSVPs or organize fake games
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

5. Court Etiquette

I Got Next helps coordinate pickup basketball but is not responsible for what happens at courts. Users are expected to:

• Respect other players and follow court rules
• Show up if you RSVP, or let the organizer know if you can’t
• Play safely and within your skill level
• Resolve disputes peacefully

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit (display name, profile info, RSVPs). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimers

I Got Next is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of court information, player counts, or RSVP rosters. Use the service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Got Next is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including injuries occurring at basketball courts.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Got Next, its operators, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the delete-account page or in the app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
