Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Our Commitment
I Got Next is committed to creating a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation on our platform. We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove any such content and will report it to the appropriate authorities.
Age Requirements
- Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
- Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the app
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited on I Got Next:
- Any content that sexualizes minors
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Content that promotes or glorifies child exploitation
- Grooming behavior or inappropriate contact with minors
- Sharing personal information of minors without parental consent
- Any content that endangers the physical or emotional well-being of minors
Detection and Prevention
We employ multiple measures to protect children:
- Age verification during account registration
- Community reporting tools for users to flag inappropriate content or behavior
- Review of reported content by our moderation team
- Immediate removal of violating content and accounts
- Cooperation with law enforcement agencies
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it immediately:

All reports are reviewed promptly and treated with the utmost seriousness.
Enforcement
Violations of these standards will result in:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Permanent suspension of the user’s account
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
- Preservation of evidence as required by law
Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including:
- Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- 18 U.S.C. Section 2258A (reporting requirements for CSAM)
- Relevant state and international child protection laws
