Program Name

I Got Next — Pickup Game Coordination

Program Description

The I Got Next SMS program sends text messages to help players coordinate pickup basketball games organized through the I Got Next mobile app. Messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in.

What You Will Receive

• RSVP requests for upcoming pickup games on your roster
• Headcount updates as other players RSVP
• Game reminders the day of a scheduled pickup game
• Fill-in requests if a game needs more players
• Schedule changes (time, location, or cancellation notices)

Sample Messages

• “I Got Next: Tuesday 7pm at McDonough Park — reply YES to RSVP, NO to skip. 3 confirmed so far. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “I Got Next reminder: game tonight 7pm at McDonough Park. 8 confirmed. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “I Got Next: Need 2 more for tonight’s 7pm at McDonough — reply YES to grab a spot. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “I Got Next: Wednesday’s game has been moved to 7:30pm. 6 confirmed. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on how often games are scheduled on rosters you belong to. Most users receive fewer than 10 messages per week. This is a low-volume messaging program.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. I Got Next does not charge for messages, but your wireless carrier may apply standard messaging or data rates per your plan.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to the SMS program in either of the following ways:

1. Through the mobile app: Download I Got Next from Google Play, create an account, and enable game notifications in Settings → SMS Notifications. By enabling this setting, you provide express written consent to receive the messages described above at the phone number associated with your account.
2. By texting START: If you have previously opted out, you can re-enroll by texting START, UNSTOP, or SUBSCRIBE to the I Got Next sender number.

After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message similar to: “Welcome to I Got Next! You’re on the roster for game coordination texts (RSVPs, reminders, headcount). Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by either:

• Replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE) to any message you receive from I Got Next.
• Disabling SMS notifications inside the I Got Next mobile app under Settings → SMS Notifications.

After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further messages from the program until you opt back in.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your carrier and may not be available on all networks.

Privacy

Your phone number and messaging activity are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers used for SMS program messaging are only shared with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the purpose of sending these messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to opt in to the SMS program. By opting in, you represent that the phone number you provide is yours and that you have authority to consent to receive these messages on it.

Changes to This Program

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
