Delete Your Account
Request permanent account deletion
If you wish to delete your I Got Next account and all associated data, the easiest path is in-app: open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
If you can’t access the app, email us at support@igotnext.io with the phone number on file. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email.
Warning: This action is permanent
- • Your profile information will be permanently deleted
- • All your check-in and RSVP history will be removed
- • Your phone number hash will be deleted
- • You will not be able to recover your account
What happens next
- We verify the request matches the phone number on file.
- Your account, profile, and history are permanently deleted.
- You receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
- Your phone number hash is removed, so even if you create a new account later, no link to the old one is preserved.
